I was given a very good discount when your team was unable to send the carpets at date as initially promised. And they tried their ultimate best to clean our carpets. Am also happy with all of your team members right from customer service, to the person who was serving us at home. The carpet was also very nice and fluffy and soft. Praying tht our cats won’t soil them anymore.
