On Friday before end of your office hour,i have given preference date (to be on monday) but CSM Did not respond instantly to confirm. On Monday ,after few messages and call ., they responded cannot make it and propose a new date which is the next 5 days.
I’m using their service for my office consistently. Can consider is the fastest response from their team compare to other cleaning service.
Very poor management of service. Appointment kept changing 3 x and unable to deliver. They called to arrange another day, we agreed and yet they didn’t turn up and don’t even have the courtesy to inform. When we called up they even said please we are willing to pay you for not able to come over. Not everything is about money. Please be more professional and not wasting people’s time waiting for empty promised. I would not even give one star if there is option.
Very fast response and worker is good
The worst cleaning service I’ve come across! Booked 3 weeks earlier for cleaning service but did not show up on the day. When I messaged to ask what time the cleaner arriving, the guy told me only male cleaner available. Such an unprofessional agent. All this should be notified when the booking was made. And turn out no one was sent for cleaning. Plus this agent is not responsive. Only replies messages after few days. AND IF MALE CLEANER IS EVERYWHERE, WHY DID YOU ASK ‘CAN I SEND MALE’? I wonder what’s the stereotype here? What’s so wrong in preferring the gender of the cleaner I want when I pay for it. You not providing for free, are you? Plus, the agency doesn’t even notify you if they are late!
