Hello, just would like to share my own personal feedback that we tried this Ezy Cleaning services several times. We wanted to give them opportunities and tries various maids but all was disappointing. They don’t really clean well and scrub the shower area well. After they leave, I ended up cleaning the space myself again.
Some came dressing up with full make up on with red lipstick.
I have to highlight this particular incident whereby my sister told the maid to scrub one the shower area which later when she checked it was not done. My shower room was also not scrub at all. My mum handed her a mop to use, somehow she made her own decision of not using the mop my mum gave her and she used the mop in my bathroom, which is fine. What was not fine was she never cleaned the mop after. I am attaching the picture of the company from FB and the state of my mop.
My personal suggestion is not to engage them. They are horrible and don’t clean well as they claimed to be. I doubt they were even train properly.
Try several time with ezy. Good and recommend

1) The price is reasonable. Cheaper than outside.
2) Be punctual. Arrive 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.
3) I don’t care about the type of work and time.
4) The employees are very polite and serious.
5) Always put my valuables back in their place after cleaning.
6) The owner of the cleaning company will complete the task according to our needs.
