I booked the post renovation cleaning which was suppose to be deep cleaning. Yes, they have clean most of the areas where eyes can see. But most of the cement stains, they keep telling me that it cannot be cleaned. They even damaged the paintwork on my toilet door by wiping it with a cloth that has thinner soaked in it. When I wiped the cabinets and walls with a damp cloth, they still came dirty AFTER the supposedly deep cleaning. And as for the stains that they say was impossible to remove, I manage to remove them with Cif. The boss say will repaint the damage door after I paid the balance payment. And right after I made the payment, he gave me excuses that his painter can’t make it for the appointment even when the date was set and agreed 10 days before. They didn’t even bother to inform me until I texted them to reconfirm the appointment 2 days before. So if any of you are thinking to use their service, please think carefully and you need to monitor their work very closely and check everything before they leave.
I had engaged with YMIC for 2 times now. First time was Deep Cleaning and second was Regular Cleaning. The team did a good job and I didn’t have to keep monitoring their works as they know what they are doing. What’s great to engage with YMIC is they bring their own cleaning essentials. Had recommended them to my family members as well. Will definitely engage with them on a regular basis.
Fantastic service. They were on time, sent reminder a day before, researched and asked what your cleaning requirements will need. They did a deep cleaning into my condo and I must say they cleaned like their are OCD on dirt. Well done! Highly recommended
You Mess I Clean For Real. I have engaged their services for a clean up of my condo unit after the irresponsible tenant moved out without doing a proper cleanup. I was recommended a Move out clean vs Deep Clean service for my unit. These guys are responsive and price are reasonable for the work carried out in new normal times. Efficient and easy going, cleaning briefing was done when we meetup and the service is professional managed. Hassle free, ie no need to bring in your own cleaning tools, ladder etc. All cleaning process and procedures were explained clearly before engagement of service, a rate card is provided as well. Don’t need to be around to supervise unlike the usual maid cleaning service. Very pleased with the overal service experience provided and timing arrangements. Will share contact and call again for future clean up if any. Thank you and highly recommended.

His team of 2 Myanmar men were pleasant and meticulous. We liked their work that we engaged them for move-out cleaning of our old place. Highly recommend their services.
